Who : AI Generated Email Steps for Personal Cadences are available to all Salesloft users with the ability to create Personal Cadences. Filter, Sort, & Group Enhancements for Rhythm New user experience for filtering, sorting, and grouping activities in Rhythm that allows users more flexibility for managing their workflow. Deals & Forecast Account-Based Forecasting Account-based forecasting allows Salesloft users to submit and manage forecasts at the account level, for every account in their book. Who: This is available to Salesloft users with Forecast. Forecast is only available to teams with the Premier license and Salesforce CRM. Where: To access Account Based Forecasting, hover over the w orkspaces tab and click Forecast . On the forecast screen, select the account segments tab. Set Forecast Goals by Segment Allows teams to set and manage different forecast goals for each of your segments. Who: This is available to Salesloft users with Forecast. Forecast is only available to teams with the Premier license and Salesforce CRM. Channels & Conversations Auto-Record for Microsoft Teams New UI Changes Introduces a toggle that allows users to enable or disable meetings that are set to auto-record for Microsoft Teams meetings. Any upcoming Microsoft Teams meetings that are scheduled on your calendar should appear inside Salesloft Conversations. Users can confirm the meeting is set to auto-record and click the toggle to disable auto-record for a particular meeting. Who : This is available for all Salesloft users that utilize Microsoft Teams and Conversations. Where : The toggle can be found next to each meeting in the Upcoming section of Conversations. Platform, Data, & CRM Granular Permissions for 3rd Party Integrations When enabling a third-party integration, customers can now view how the integration will use their Salesloft data. For partner developers, can now select the specific permissions your integration needs to operate.This ensures that third-party applications are only accessing data that they need. Who : Salesloft customers who use integrations and Salesloft developers who build them. Where : This information can be found in the Salesloft App Hub (https://accounts.salesloft.com/oauth/applications) and during the integration authorization flow. How : Developers will be able to specify the scopes they want the app to use. Customers will be able to see what scopes an app needs when they are turning the integration on. Audit Log Enhancements Updates for audit log users to improve performance, including: Reduce availability for downloadable CSV files from 90 to 35 days API endpoints to request report and retrieve the file Webhook for notifications that audit log report has been processed and sent Who : Salesloft users that use the Audit Log. Bulk Group Creation via CSV File Bulk Group Creation via CSV allows users to create, update, and delete groups and group assignments via CSV within Salesloft. Who : Available for admins and users with the manage_team permissions. Where : Bulk Group Creation via CSV can be found in the Groups settings page. Salesloft Mobile - Settings page update The Settings Page in the Salesloft Mobile App has been updated for a more streamlined experience. Who : Settings Page Updates are available for Salesloft Mobile App users. Where : Settings Page Updates can be found within the Salesloft Mobile App. How : Download the most recent update for the Salesloft Mobile App. Drift Bionic Chatbot Guided Testing & Training Enhancements The Bionic Chatbot testing page now includes Topic Classifiers, Scenarios, Keyword Search, and Filter and Sort buttons to improve your ability to identify and test your Bionic Chatbot’s responses to various buyer scenarios. These enhancements improve the training process for Bionic Chatbot to ensure you’re able to improve your buyer experience by more reliably providing accurate and helpful information to your site visitors.
