B2B marketers...How do you develop/approach a winning GTM strategy?

I'd love to hear your thoughts and experience. What are some components that one needs to keep in mind while strategizing?


  • At Drift- the biggest rule we follow is to keep the customer at the center of everything we do. And that goes for developing a GTM strategy as well.
