Best way to run a report on frequent chat topics?
We are currently utilizing welcome message chat only. Meaning, all chats are open ended text from both parties. (We turned off bot functionality in favor of understanding our customer better.)
Is there a feature or perhaps a tool that can take all our open ended chats and analyze / report on frequency of topics? I'm not excited about manually going through each chat to do this.
Hopefully Drift has a feature or someone knows of a tool that helps? Thanks!
