  • New width and shadow in widget V2
    • What: Updates to the width and shadow in widget V2
    • Why: We’re constantly making improvements to the widget to make it feel more polished and complete. This one in particular increases increases readability of the conversation (and also brings V2 in line with how design intended).
    • Where: v2 widget
    • Who: Customers on v2 widget
  • Hide all conversations in new convo experience
    • What: Customers in the new conversation view can now hide all conversations (which will be CLOSED to make sure things get synced) at once
    • Why: Seeing every single conversation you’ve ever been in is overwhelming!! We want to make sure that there’s a way to clean up your view so you can continue onto the new experience with ease.
    • Where: New conversation experience (app.drift.com/conversations) and the desktop app
    • Who: Customers in new experience and desktop app
  • New edit user drawers
    • What: Drop downs to select users roles, new handling to ensure the account owner is an admin, and an integrated way to preview any changes to your bill.
    • Why: Keeping purchase flows within the drawer reduces friction for our customers to buy more seats AND adding roles into a drop down makes it easier for us to add more roles in the future while making it easier for admins to manage their teammates roles.
    • Where: Manage teammates page
    • Who: All Admin
  • Playbook Editor and Reporting Roles
    • What: New user roles! Playbook Editor: Can edit playbooks, view playbook reports, view audiences; Reporting User: Can view all report types and convo analysis
    • Why: Until now, only admins could edit playbooks and view all reports. We want to make sure that you can limit who has access to what & that the Drift user experience is perfectly tailored to their our customers' business needs, so we created two brand new roles to fit those needs.
    • Where: Manage teammates page
    • Who: Customers on Enterprise Plan
