Hey Jim! I´m Ola, I´m also new into this. I cant give you an exact site that have the Sales&Marketing correctly implemented (apart from Drifts own bot of course :) ), but check this site out they have the Drift bot I think https://www.frontify.com/en/
I figure it´s all about delivering the best user experience possible, and thats always a little tricky when you dont´t know one and each and people are very different. Whats your own thoughts about user experience, Jim. How should it be?
