  • Hey everyone! 👋

Ricardo Bueno here - I specialize in marketing and technology for the real estate industry. I'm a content and webinar junkie!

Quarantine life has me being ⚡️SUPER ⚡️productive but it's also messing with me a little (the extrovert in me is itching to get back out into society).

I'm launching an internal sales podcast for the sales team at my company, a public facing podcast next week as a lead gen source), and releasing a couple of courses. And that's why I'm here ... looking to network and bounce ideas around :-)

Favorite podcast right now is: The Hirsh Marketing Insider

And I'm currently reading: Never Lose a Customer Again

    Hello Insiders 👋

    1. My name's Molly. I'm a huge word nerd, which comes in handy at work since I'm the managing editor of the Drift blog. I also dabble in podcasts and make sure our network of shows keeps putting great content into the airwaves.
    2. Totally a shameless plug, but something I'm super excited to share with all you Insiders is that on Thursday, April 23rd, we're releasing the first full episode for our brand new podcast called CMO Conversations. It's hosted by (you guessed it) our CMO Tricia Gellman. The way I've been describing it internally is that you get to be a fly on the wall for these really interesting conversations between some of the best marketers in the game today. You can subscribe here so you don't miss an episode: cmopodcast.drift.com
    3. Normally I'm a black coffee kinda gal, but as soon as it's safe to fly again I'm getting on a plane to Philly, hightailing it to the nearest La Colombe, and ordering as many draft lattes as they'll let me. The cans just aren't the same.

  • My name is Darrell Amy. I'm a growth architect, helping companies design and execute revenue growth strategies that align marketing and sales around ideal clients. My new book, Revenue Growth Engine, releases on June 9. (www.revenuegrowthengine.net).

I'm finding myself re-reading a lot of books right now. Most recently, I re-read The Challenger Sale. Yesterday, I got to talk with one of the authors, Matt Dixon, on the Revenue Growth Podcast. I think the research they did in 2008 about sales effectiveness is hyper-relevant to where we are today.

Coffee: black. More specifically, I fell in love with Nespresso whilst working with a client in London. Now that I can't go to my local coffee shop, my Nespresso machine is a lifesaver.

  • Hello all!

    2. I have been slowly filling my Amazon wish list by reading Tim Ferris's Tribe of Mentors. For fun, I've been reading the Hollow Earth series by John Barrowman while waiting for the new David Wong and Mackenzi Lee books to come out.
    3. As a former barista, I take my coffee and tea precisely as I like it given what day it is, what time it is, what season we are in, the color of my mood ring, whether or not I have company drinking with me, and the activity I am participating in while the beverage is being consumed.

I'm actually not that bad, but I enjoy coffee and tea too much to settle for mediocrity.

  • Hi @Stephanie Cansian, so nice to meet you on here. Your coffee answer made me chuckle 😂 I totally relate to your approach - no mediocre coffee or tea allowed!

    Hi guys,

I run a company called America Industries (www.America.Industries). We're like an asset management company. We operate in the sectors of technology development, domain sales, advertising, and real estate.

I spent 1 year doing charity work & social activism in Mexico in 2019. As a result of this profoundly moving experience, America Industries has been restructured as a for-profit non-profit.

Beginning in 2025, 1/3rd of all company profits are designated to go directly back to local charities based in the communities from which the profits are derived

I created an account on here because I need help. I own over 1,000 highly valuable Covid domains. But...after I bought them...they were banned from being sold on the resale market.

So...I don't know what to do with them. Some I want to use, like CovidAmerica.com and CovidCensus.com. But...many I would like to sell. CovidVC.com and CovidAntibody.com, etc.

But...I don't know how to target potential buyers. All traditional methods are now banned.

I need a super outside the box idea. Everyone in the industry is terrified to touch them..so I cannot get help from local domain experts. They do not want to go against GoDaddy.com

But...the way I see it...a university or biotech company or a medical company should have these names. They shouldn't be sitting around in my account. That does not help humans.

Any ideas would be appreciated. You can see the full list here: www.CoronavirusDomains.com

PS...thank you for any help you can offer. I just don't know what to do.

  • Hey there,

I love boron letters, alchemist, celestine prophecy, the monk who sold his Ferrari, gone girl, and infinite more...

I don't take tea or coffee, I love plain milk.

  • Hi all! My name is Katia.

    1. I lead marketing at a small IT Service Provider company in Eastern Europe. I'm currently working hard to improve SEO and website conversion.
    2. I like the State of Demand Gen podcast and the book I'm reading right now is The Noise of Time by Julian Barnes (it's depressing, so I don't know when I'll finish it).
    3. I drink coffee with milk every morning. My aunt sends coffee to me from Italy. Generic Italian coffee is better than fancy local coffee. :)
