How do I set up auto-responders on my playbook?

Hi! I can't seem to find an answer to my question through Drift's channels, so hoping someone here can help.

We're considering implementing Drift - currently, we only want to use it to let visitors give us feedback on the site. Ideally, they will type their feedback, and receive an auto-reply in the chat. For example, "Thank you for your feedback!"

I can't seem to find a way to do this. I've tried to route it to a member who has an auto-reply on their profile, but this isn't working. Perhaps there are other ways outside of the Free plan, but we don't want to upgrade until we have more use cases.

Would anyone have any suggestions?
