How to troubleshoot if you cannot connect to your Drift Desktop App
If you are having trouble connecting to your Drift Desktop App, please try the steps below!
- Hard Refresh (command + R)
- Help tab> troubleshooting > clear cache and restart”
- Help tab > troubleshooting > reset app data
- Manually update the drift > “check for updates”
If these steps do not work, please try uninstalling and reinstalling your Drift Desktop App 🙂
