How to view support ticket submissions

If you submitted a ticket to the Drift support team and are wondering about the status of your ticket, want to provide more information, or want to view a previously submitted ticket, you can do so by clicking the "Need Help?" icon in your Drift instance



You'll then be taken to our help page, where you can see your help request status, last updated date, and request number of any tickets you have submitted:



From this page, you can also submit a help request!


*Please note that we do not currently support chat/ticket support with our free plan, so you will not see this option if you are currently on our free plan.
