Where do I find site visitor information in the conversation view?
Being able to offer personalized experiences in real-time will make the conversations you have with site visitors resonate much more deeply with them. But you may ask, where can I find this information that is being captured about them and their behavior?
This is where the conversation sidebar comes in to give you what you need on the browser or the desktop app.
Note: Conversation Details lives in the Conversation view and gives you quick access to the demographics on who's chatting in. The information in this sidebar can be modified via several integrations and is a great tool to help you to identify your customers. If you're on the Drift Essential plan or above and a visitor provides an email, their information will automatically be supplied by Clearbit. If you're on Drift Premium or above, Drift Intel can also identify company information on anonymous visitors.
To have this feature enable on all conversations, click on the expand arrow on the right-hand side of the conversation view. For a visual of how to do this, please see below:
Here you will be able to see the contact info, company info, conversation details, recent activity as well as any information provided by your integrations (paid plans).
We also where the information is surfaced by you hovering over the integration icon in the company details box as you see below.

Integrations that provide details into the sidebar include Salesforce, Clearbit, 6sense, Marketo, Pardot, Eloqua, and others. To have the information flow into Drift go to settings -> integrations
