How to update billing information?
It is important to keep track of your account and the activity occurring. Things you may update may include your payment method, your plan details, or expanding your team's accessibility to Drift.
Note: Billing information is only available to account admins.
To view all Billing information, head to Settings > Organization settings > Plan and Billing or click here.
Here you will see:
- Your Plan (number of seats, number of contacts, monthly cost)
- Information about other Drift plans and upgrades via the Upgrade plan button.
- Payment Method and downloadable invoices via the Billing tab.
