How do I enable the chat fallback email?
You're having this great conversation with a prospect and then.. they just disappear. They could have gone to a meeting, lost connectivity, or got looped into something? Things happen.
This is why we have the 'Chat Fallback Email' option! What this is does is it causes Drift to email your site visitor the conversation you are having with them if they stop responding, so you and your site visitor can continue the conversation when they become available again.
Your site visitor's email has be known for this to work and this setting can be found here: https://app.drift.com/settings2/widget/advanced.
