How do I add a CQL score in welcome message?

The welcome message playbook offers a wide array of versatility, and we should think about it as the red carpet for every single site visitor. But did you know that you can have the bot mark a person a CQL score if they engage with it?

Once you created a welcome message playbook, you can adjust various settings, and one useful one can be the addition of marking site visitors a CQL score.

1) Log in to Drift

2) Go to playbooks (click on the bot face)

3) Click into the welcome message playbook you want to edit

4) Click on goals

5) Select add action and mark as CQL
