Billing of Drift Video

Hey team,


I just signed up for the Drift Video premium and trying to get customer support but every time I do, the chatbot says I am on a free plan. This is becoming annoying and doubting my decision to switch to Drift Video.


I am trying to see how to embed the drift video into my Gmail. Also, I was charged twice on my CC and the wrong price as well. Can you help me?
