Best practices for capturing great accounts from the Live Feed

My favorite feature so far - the website visitor live feed!

I love seeing what companies are hitting our pages... companies I never would have thought to target but are still within our ideal customer profile.

The problem is, once they disappear from our site, there's no historical record of them visiting.

(I looked, and I assume you can't go back and view historical records of visits if they aren't in our account list. Correct?)

Now I'm trying to figure out the best practices for capturing this information to fine-tune our strategies in the future. Does anyone do anything clever to capture the live feed info?

I would LOVE to click a button on certain companies and shove them into our account target list. The key objective for us is to see a historical log of engagement - this is how sales knows where to spend their time.
