Verification process seems unnecessary

I'm trying to evaluate drift.

I've insert your sample script in to a sample webpage as follows.

No chat icon appears, although the browser log reports "DRIFT_WIDGET:: widget_core:bootstrap_api finished in 947.1000001430511 ms"

Is the 'Verify your Drift Installation' required to get this working?

This seems a little cart-before-the-horse. Can't submit this internally as a website update, pass it through code review, integration tests, .... etc... before evaluating Drift, right?

Thanks in advance.

 var t = window.driftt = window.drift = window.driftt || [];

 if (!t.init) {

  if (t.invoked) return void (window.console && console.error && console.error("Drift snippet included twice."));

  t.invoked = !0, t.methods = [ "identify", "config", "track", "reset", "debug", "show", "ping", "page", "hide", "off", "on" ],

  t.factory = function(e) {

   return function() {

    var n = Array.prototype.slice.call(arguments);

    return n.unshift(e), t.push(n), t;
