How do I set up an Inbox?

Conversation inboxes allow you to segment conversations from specific playbooks into a designated space. Here's how you can set one up:

Navigate to: Settings > App Settings > Conversations > Inboxes

Your Drift account comes with a preexisting default inbox. This inbox will always be the default, it can't be deleted (however, you can update the name of the inbox). It should be noted that conversations started from the Default Greeting will always populate this inbox.

To add a new inbox, click 'Create Inbox'. You'll be brought to a page where you can set a name for the inbox and associate a public email address.
