I downgraded to free and have still been billed on annual plan - please help!

Hi,

I have been a Drift customer for a few years, I downgraded to a free plan a month or two ago as the business I was using Drift for is on a big pause. However I have still been charged for an annual renewal at the end of May. Your chatbot doesn't offer me any assistance as it says I am on a free plan so need to upgrade for live chat support 😑...

Please help - nasty surprise to realise this money had gone out and there isn't an obvious way to resolve it
