I think I’ve got things set up correctly, but I’m not getting the triggered email to go out when an email is captured in the chat. Has anyone else had this issue? I also can’t get a Test version of the email to work.

Thanks - that's helpful. I don't have DKIM set up. I know that would be ideal, but isn't there a way to still have the email sent without DKIM set up? It just wouldn't come from our domain, right?

Yesterday @[email protected]Kristen made you a ticket so our support team could troubleshoot this issue with you! It came from [email protected] and was from Sebastian on my team. He's going to take over working with you through there and once we have a resolution we'll be sure to update this thread in case anyone else has the same issue!
