Thank you for sharing your question in the Community! It appears that the message you're referring to is generated by your “Offline Welcome Message” playbook. For more details on these features, you can refer to our help doc - The Welcome Message Playbook vs The Default Greeting.
To modify the message within your playbook, follow these steps: navigate to Playbooks from the left sidebar navigation menu, click on the "Offline Welcome Message" playbook, and then click on the bot message to edit it. After making the necessary changes, don't forget to click "Save" and republish your playbook to apply the modifications in the live version.
