Hi! We would like to enable user to view the previous conversations without needing the user to start a new one / having open an existing one. The button is available after you initiate or have open conversation only.
There is a JS event that can be called: drift.api.goToConversationList() but it seems it’s working only when there is open conversation already.
Any idea how to do it? What events need to be called to show it in the chat for the users?
