Error when trying to turn off Playbook

Customer is trying to turn off their Playbook, but they are getting an error 

Troubleshooting step:

Inspect the page and go to the ‘network’ tab and preview the error 

For this particular error it was due to the customer churning and their ticketing platform no longer being connected. 

Solution: 

  1. remove the ticket creation skill from the playbook so you can save
  2. integrate a ticketing help platform and that will remove this.
