Issue: We had a user reach out because they noticed that in our help docs: https://www.gethelp.drift.com/s/article/How-can-I-download-my-Bot-text, we mention that users can download the bot text. Though we had a use say that they cannot access the button needed to download the bot text.
Cause; The user is not on the ENT plan and being on the ENT plan is required to have the ability to download bot text.
Resolution: The user’s CSM can download the bot text for them and / or someone from Support can perform a special request for the user and send over the box text as well.
