Greetings!
We observe the incorrect behavior of the widget. When the visitor sent the first message, the widget window disappeared and there was only one button in the form of a circle with the dialog closing. But there is no dialog... when you click on the cross button - the button changes its appearance to a regular circle with dialog icons, but there are no changes with the dialog box - it simply DOES NOT.
Whats happening?
P.S. the same behavior on both projects where we use Drift
The Drift widget started crashing after the visitor sent the first message

I just tested out the bot on your page. Looks to be working from my end, but I’m going to tag in one of our product support specialist to see if they can see anything different. In the mean time, could you provide some examples of what you’re seeing? A screen shot or video would be helpful.

I think the first step is usually to always make sure your browser is up to date. That usually resolves most of the issues I’ve seen. If problems persist I’d reach out to support@drift.com so they can investigate it a bit further.
