Tips and Tricks
- Build custom sections in your conversation view to manage your conversations the way you need to best stay on top of them. You can create filters based on tags so you can follow up with customers later.
- Use Video to personalize messages to your customer. You will have a higher success rate with email opens and replies using Drift Video.
- Use the built in LinkedIn Drift Video tool to send personalized messages to your prospects.
