Drift & Rollworks Integration: How to?

Did you know you can connect Rollworks and Drift to do ABM? While there isn’t a standard integration on the Drift side--there is with Rollworks!You can connect through the Rollworks UI to finalize the connection between the two via this documentation.After Rollworks and Drift connect, you need to look into the contacts and see if data is flowing. Rollworks will pass new contact attributes over into Drift, which you can then build contact segments with, and then target those segments with specific experiences--a la ABM!It does not involve any extra custom work!Important to know: If any issues arise with the data that may not be making it onto Drift, you would need to reach out to Rollworks first since Drift does not handle the integration. If everything looks good on the customer end, then Drift support can partner with you to continue troubleshooting. Any questions about connections may need Rollworks assistance as well.

How do I know who will see my Playbook?

Targeting is what tells your playbooks who it should be displayed too. Once you've selected your playbook, the first option to determine is to select who the playbook should be displayed too. You set these options under the Targeting Tab of your playbook as seen below. Who will see my playbook? Your main options in Targeting are to Display to All visitors, or visitors who match the following conditions.When selecting Visitors who match the following conditions you'll be given various options to choose from. For further information on these conditions or to learn more about what these conditions mean, we suggest checking out this help doc here.Additionally, depending on what you are using your playbook for, you can also choose how often a visitor should see your playbook in action, and what percentage of targeted visitors should see this playbook. Drift Videos Inside of Conversational Landing Pages

Hi everyone! 👋🏼Have you been looking for more strategic ways to use Drift Videos for your sales team? If so, check this out. 👇🏼I started working with a client of mine that wanted to embed a video into their playbook builder for when their target accounts visit the website. As of right now, videos will only show up as a hyperlinked thumbnail unless you use a Drift Video! That’s right! Drift Videos will actually play inside of the chatbot experience. In order for this to work correctly you’ll want to follow the follow steps: Have your sales rep record a video using Drift video. You can create a video for each of your target accounts, however, if you have many target accounts, it might be best to record a more general video of your sales rep introducing themselves as the target accounts sales representative and that they are there to answer any questions they might have by chatting online or booking a meeting. This is just an idea, feel free to highlight what’s best for your team.

This week I’d like to share with you a Demo Bot that Kong used to focus on converting high intent traffic by dropping a pain point related to the industry their visitors are in. Kong Bot in action offering verifiable research to the customer.Kong builds delightful customer experiences and unleashes developer productivity with their products, and Kong leverages their bot to capture the visitor by offering them a “fun fact” and then shares the interesting tidbit backed up by verifiable research. Hey all! I love a good playbook. I’m sure you love a good playbook too. But it’s sometimes hard to get inspiration for exactly WHAT a good playbook is or what it looks like. So I’d like to share a few playbooks here and again to give you all a bit of inspiration. This week I’d like to highlight Pantheon’s Quiz bot playbook. Pantheon Quiz Bot Playbook in action.Pantheon provides a combination of cloud based web development tools along with web hosting and management services. They created a bot that built out a pricing matrix quiz within their playbook to help visitors determine what package they need, and then it connects them to a rep. This took a big lift off of basic discovery and helped ease up on the bandwidth of their agents by asking the site visitor what they wanted before they spoke to a rep. Happy Friday, Drift Community! Did you know today is the start of the Formula 1 Miami Grand Prix? In light of the upcoming race weekend, I thought I would talk about a critical component of success for both Formula 1 drivers and Drift stakeholders: acceleration.Marketing and sales professionals care about acceleration, specifically revenue acceleration. Just like in Formula 1, the goal is to do more with less, to maximize efficiency, and to boost speed (to lead).
