Delete organization data after account deletion

The organization account was deleted as part of this request -  However, we are still able to get responses back from certain drift apis, and would like to ensure no data is returned for for our previous organization id / embed_id. Please can someone ensure our whole data is deleted from Drift, and nothing is returned? Please let me know if additional information is needed!

Delete Drift account for organization

I have tried contacting support / using the chat bot to delete our organization account with Drift and am unable to do just that. The requests get routed to automated chat and support tickets keep getting auto closed. I do not see an option to delete the whole organization account as well.  Please can someone here help with our account deletion ?

How to cancel account?

Hi, I'd like to cancel my account, delete all associated data with the account, as well as receive confirmation of deletion to adhere to my InfoSecurity policies. Can someone please assist or provide additional guidance?  Thanks!

How to build and use Segments for your Drift Accounts

Drift ABM allows organizations to target their list of accounts with Welcome Message playbooks sent from the rep. You can segment account's by specific filters and further customize account based marketing efforts across your site. A few things to note before segmenting your accounts:Upload your accounts manually, with a CSV, or through Salesforce.  You can add properties to your synced ABM lists as well.Once you have a full list of accounts in your Accounts Section with the right properties, you're ready to create specific segments. How to build a segment:First, head over to your Accounts Section within Drift. Next, find the Create Filter button on the righthand side.  Here you can filter by existing properties or create your own. Please note that once you make a new account property, it can not be deleted or archived. There are a few different options when it comes to adding filters to your account lists:Select your filters here. Be sure to click "apply" while selecting your filter.

How To "Follow" A Contact

Is there a specific lead you’ve been trying to connect with? Following a contact will allow you to receive a notification when a specific lead lands on your site so you don’t miss your chance to get in touch with them.To follow a contact, first navigate to the visitors tab > contacts > all contacts. Locate the contact you’d like to follow or search for them by email address, and click on the contact. Once you’re on the contact page, click the follow button on the left side of the screen (as seen in the screenshot below).
