Issue: We had a user reach out because they noticed that in our help docs: https://www.gethelp.drift.com/s/article/How-can-I-download-my-Bot-text, we mention that users can download the bot text. Though we had a use say that they cannot access the button needed to download the bot text. Cause; The user is not on the ENT plan and being on the ENT plan is required to have the ability to download bot text. Resolution: The user’s CSM can download the bot text for them and / or someone from Support can perform a special request for the user and send over the box text as well.

The organization account was deleted as part of this request - However, we are still able to get responses back from certain drift apis, and would like to ensure no data is returned for for our previous organization id / embed_id. Please can someone ensure our whole data is deleted from Drift, and nothing is returned? Please let me know if additional information is needed!
I have tried contacting support / using the chat bot to delete our organization account with Drift and am unable to do just that. The requests get routed to automated chat and support tickets keep getting auto closed. I do not see an option to delete the whole organization account as well. Please can someone here help with our account deletion ?
The customer is trying to add a new admin to their account but when he enters the teammate's email address it says he is already part of another organization. I double checked and yes, the email that he is trying to register is already associated to another account. He's their marketing agency owner. He's not an employee with their company.
