App Broken

Is there going to be an update to the iPhone app? It has been broken for a few months. I definitely don’t want to do this at all because I have enjoyed Drift for a long time, but I have been looking into other chat services. I’ve reached out many times and have not received a response about this issue. Does anyone have any information on this? Thanks so much.

Android app should support the same conversation actions as web client

The Android app is missing a lot of conversation actions that are supported by the web client, for example blocking the visitor. Using a “/” short command on the mobile app just adds an internal note to the conversation instead of carrying out that action (e.g. “/block” adds the note “block” to the conversation instead of blocking the visitor).

Unable to upload attachments from Android app

Hi there,whenever I try to upload an attachment to a conversation from the Drift mobile app (Android, latest version, v.3.3.0), I get an error message saying “Failed to upload attachment”. This is happening regardless of the attachment file type (e.g. png, jpg, etc.). Uploading the same file via the Drift chat web interface works fine.Thanks,Nick

infinite spinning wheel on iOS

Hi Has anyone had this problem lately when trying to open any conversation in the iOS app it simply shows an infinite spinning loading wheel? Is there anyway to fix this at all? There are no notifications in App Store that the app requires updating. Desktop app working fine.

Notification volume and tones for IOS

I have tried to get this answer through chat support and ended up losing all mt conversations and sending them screen shots of my phone showing them that what they are asking me to click, was not there. I have not settings tab under “manage notifications”. The problem is the IOS app tone is the same as about 10 other apps on my phone. For whatever reason, the volume seems to be a lot lower on the Drift notification. They had me uninstall and reinstall and all conversation history is gone

How to use the Drift Video with the Mobile App

You can use the Drift Mobile app to have Drift conversations on the go, but did you know you can also use Drift Video with the mobile app?  Want to send videos on the go also?Download Drift iOS app (Found here). Open the app and either login to an existing Drift account or create a new one. After logging in, tap the Video icon.  (As seen below)Drift Video in the Mobile App.Once you’ve tapped the video icon, you’re ready to go!  Keep in mind, the first time you record, you’ll be asked to grant camera and microphone permissions.  If you don’t authorize these permissions, you won’t be able to record.When you've finished your video recording, you'll automatically be brought to the video review screen, where you can change the title at the top, play your video, share the link or set the privacy settings for this video.Once you've shared your video with someone, the recipient will see a welcome message when viewing so that they can start a conversation, or you can send a message to them dire
